We are new to canicross and had a great first session, learning to start, stop and keep our dog motivated around the course. Some good advice and running with other dogs around really helped, we would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to start canicross or improve skills.

I have been training with Cristina for over a year now, she tailor makes my running and canicross plans based on what areas I need to make progress on, it's not a blanket one size fits all program.
My program is done virtual as unfortunately I live quite a distance away, but Cristina is always available for feedback and keeping me on track.

My canicross competition times for last season were a relection of a great program. I currently have a 9-month puppy, and her puppy training course has been a wealth of knowledge and something I can go back to time and time again for guidance.

It's clear Cristina has a real passion and knowledge for dogs and for helping humans make the best connection with their dogs. She teaches how to read your dog and how to adapt to different dog personalities.

I've been doing the beginners canicross course for the last few weeks. With my 2 rescue dogs. Both of which can be nervous/reactive. Cristina is very patient and encouraging. She's made the sessions very enjoyable and we have learnt lots already. My dogs really love the sessions. Tires them both mentally and physically!

First lesson in Canicross giving hope that I can run with my dog and something to practice until I need another lesson. I did not want to start running my dog in harness in case I got it wrong. I was very happy with my first lesson and I can't wait to practice before I see Cristina again.

After discovering canicross just two years ago I fell in love with running with the dogs but given I've never been a runner, I've never been sporty so at nearly 40 I was ok with being the slow one at the back, the one who could not keep up very well but just went for the fun.
In April I did a racing weekend at Catton Hall and I would say that was my lowest point. I felt so frustrted as I was just never getting any better. I approached Cristina, I knew she was a coach and after more discussions she agreed to help me. There have been tears. She's dealt with my lows and highs but I have stuck with my program she has tailor-made for me. The results over the last 2 weeks in my age group have been amazing and shocking all rolled into one. Two years ago I did only tridog over both days and was absolutely exhausted for the week after. This time I did tridog and canicross both days whilst having an awful cold. My recovery was so much faster and I didn't feel like I was dying.
This past weekend I ran my fastest mile ever. I did have my young dog by my side but we are still working with him with regards to focus and Cristina is a wealth of avice and guidance with me on this.
I can't thank Cristina enough and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to make improvements to their running.
